Making motorcycling safer is the big goal to which Ride Vision is completely dedicated. And so the company has developed a retrofittable system for motorcycles and scooters that uses a wide-angle camera at the front and rear, two LED warning lights for the left and right mirrors, and a module (GPS reception must be possible) to indicate hazards. Is the vehicle in front braking abruptly, is there a vehicle in the "blind" spot on the right or left, is there a vehicle approaching quickly from behind? The LED warning lights on the mirrors will tell you in no uncertain terms. A patented algorithm in the module ensures that you are only informed about decisive threats. You can concentrate absolutely on the road ahead.

In addition to acting as a "traffic warden," the Ride Vision system offers the ability to record routes driven with the cameras. They can be used as dash cams/action cams. Via smartphone app you can summarize, store and retrieve driving data such as distance, maximum speed reached, type and number of warnings, etc. The data is only stored locally on your smartphone. You can share or process the data later.

Good to know:

• Ride Vision PRO is hardwired directly to the vehicle battery and consumes less power than a regular cell phone. The system's two IP69K-rated video units begin recording as soon as the motorcycle is turned on, providing 2-hour loop recordings that are uploaded to the Ride Vision app.
• In the Ride Vision app, you can set custom features like Bluetooth audio pairing and alert frequencies, and access system software updates.
• ATTENTION the app is currently only available for Android
• Users can access ride summaries within the app. Cumulative trip summary reports are broken down by week, month, and year - and include total distance, total alerts, and maximum speed data. These reports can be exported for personal use (fuel calculations and consumption estimates), company data, or even insurance reduction purposes
